It’s a positive and motivational approach that’s going to teach you how to change those relationships that you may have with food and eating. 2. What does the program consist of?The program consists of movies, quizzes, weekly e-mail contact over 12 sessions. 3. Who can participate in the program?Living Herbalife Lean™ is available to all Distributors and their customers. 4. How can a customer enroll in the program?You must have a Herbalife ID number to enroll. A distributor can enroll their customer themselves or the customer can use the distributors ID number to enroll in the program (only if the distributor provides it to them). 5. Will it be available around the World?At the current time, it will only be available in the US in English. 6. When will it launch in Spanish for US Distributors?We are currently looking into it. 7. What is the subscription fee for this program?The subscription fee for Living Herbalife Lean™ will be $8.95 per month and is billed quarterly. 8. Is there an annual subscription available?No, there is no annual subscription for the program. 9. Is the subscription fee automatically charged to your credit card?Yes, you will be charged automatically to your credit card on a quarterly basis. 10. Who will pay for the customer's first month?The Distributor will pay the first month for the customer. 11. Will any other method of payment be accepted other than Visa and MasterCard?We are currently working on seeing what the possibility of that would be. 12. Can you go through the program without giving your credit card?In order to have access to the program you must provide your credit card information. If you do not enter your credit card information you will only be able to view the Demo located on the front page. 13. How do I cancel my subscription?You may cancel your subscription by sending an email to sales@selfhelpworks.com. Be sure to include your Username or full name as you enrolled in the email. 14. Will I get a prorated refund if I cancel in the middle of the month?No, pro-rated refunds will not be provided. You will be charged for that full month. 15. What is the to reach the call center?The number is 619-296-1801. 16. What are the business hours for the call center?The call center is open from 7AM to 7 PM PST hours a day 5 days a week. 17. Will their call center take product calls?Their call center will only take customer service calls any product calls will be refer to Distributor Relations at Herbalife. 18. What is the URL?The URL is: www.livingherbalifelean.com 19. Can Herbalife employees participate in this program?Yes, this feature has been made available to employees in Distributor Services. Please see your Supervisor for details on your username and scheduling time to review the site and sessions. 20. What is Real Talk Radio?Real Talk Radio is professional coaching over the Internet, distributors and customers can call in with questions, talk to experts or just listen to them. This part of the program will be launched at a later date. 21. How long is each session?Each session is generally 30-45 minutes. 22. How many return emails should I expect?One email per session upon completion and a reminder email if you don’t log into the session on the date you scheduled in your calendar. 22. Do I need to block disable my pop-up blocker??Yes. We use pop-ups to present the course. There are instructions in how to do so when you log in. |
